We survey the room before we quote — ceiling height, available rigging points, chandelier and sprinkler clearance, load-in path width, and elevator dimensions where the ballroom isn’t at street level. A wall that looks right on paper is worthless if it can’t get through the service corridor or clear the fixtures.

How far in advance should I book? Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Peak season, May through June and September through October, books further out, and Saturday evenings go first.

Can you install in a ballroom with no rigging points? Yes. Ground support towers carry the wall without touching the ceiling. It takes more floor depth behind the screen, which we account for in the survey.

What size wall fits a typical Nassau ballroom? Most fall between 10×6 and 16×9 feet. Ceiling height is usually the limiting factor rather than width.

Do you provide content, or just the screen? Either. We handle playback, screen mapping, and switching. If you have a designer we will take their files, and if you don’t we can build loops, name cards, and slideshows.
