We’re based on Long Island and serve the greater New York City tri-state area, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Corporate events, product launches, conferences, trade shows, galas, concerts, weddings, and private events. We’ve supported clients ranging from global brands to nonprofit and government organizations, including BMW and the United Nations.

LED Walls & Screens

What LED wall sizes and configurations are available?
We offer a range of LED video wall and screen sizes to fit indoor and outdoor events, from small conference displays to large-format walls, including custom builds like dual-sided configurations for events needing visibility from multiple angles.

Do you provide the crew to operate the equipment, or is it rental-only?
Both options are available. We offer full-service packages with experienced technicians on-site for setup, operation, and breakdown, as well as equipment-only rentals for clients with their own AV teams.

Can LED walls be used outdoors?
Yes. We have equipment rated for outdoor use, along with the rigging, ground support, and weatherproofing needed for outdoor installations.

How far in advance should I book LED equipment?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or peak seasons, to guarantee equipment availability and adequate setup time. That said, we can often accommodate shorter-notice requests — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How do I get a quote?
Contact us with your event date, location, and a description of what you need (screen size, audio requirements, event type, guest count, etc.), and we’ll put together a customized quote.

Do you handle delivery, setup, and breakdown?
Yes, our team manages delivery, installation, on-site operation, and teardown as part of our full-service packages.

What’s included in a typical rental?
This varies by package, but generally includes the equipment itself, delivery and setup, on-site technical support during the event, and breakdown afterward. Custom builds may include rigging, ground support, and additional crew.

Do you offer packages for recurring or multi-day events?
Yes, we work with clients on multi-day conferences, tours, and recurring event series, and can build custom pricing for extended engagements.
