Led Video Wall Rentals Long Island Clients Already Know Us For

We’re not visiting Long Island for these jobs — this is home base. Video wall rentals Long Island venues call us for range from catering hall ballrooms in Nassau County to corporate campuses out toward Suffolk, and because we’re local, we’re not learning a venue’s layout the day of the event. In a lot of cases we’ve already been in the room.

That local footprint matters more here than in a single NYC neighborhood, because “Long Island” covers a lot of ground — the North Shore estates and catering halls, corporate parks around Melville and Hauppauge, and waterfront venues along the Great South Bay all have different power, load-in, and layout considerations, and we’ve built video walls in most of these settings already.

The Venue Types Behind Long Island’s Event Scene

A few venue categories make up most of what we build for on Long Island, and each one changes the plan.

Catering halls and banquet estates, common throughout Nassau County and the North Shore, usually have large ballrooms designed for weddings and galas first — that means working around existing chandeliers, dance floor placement, and house lighting rather than a blank AV-ready room.

Corporate office parks, concentrated around Melville, Hauppauge, and similar business corridors in Suffolk County, tend to have straightforward loading dock access and modern electrical, making them some of the more efficient builds for a larger video wall.

Waterfront and outdoor venues, from the Great South Bay to the North Shore, bring weather and power planning into the mix, especially for anything running through the evening.

What Goes Into a Long Island Video Wall Rental

Being based here means we can walk a Long Island venue in person more easily than we could a one-off Manhattan booking — and we usually do, especially for catering halls where every ballroom on a property can have a different ceiling height and power setup.

For panels, we work with Infiled LED video wall technology on many of our Long Island builds — the full panel lineup is available at Infiled USA. A catering hall gala with guests seated at a distance can run a wider pixel pitch, while a corporate product reveal with people standing close to the screen needs a tighter one.

We bring lighting and audio into the same build when it makes sense, which is often the case at Long Island catering halls where a client wants one vendor handling the full production instead of coordinating separately with a banquet hall’s in-house AV team.

Long Island’s catering halls run a heavy wedding and gala season through spring and fall, but the corporate side — product launches, company off-sites, industry conferences at business park venues — stays active year-round, especially in the corridor between Melville and Hauppauge. We also see a steady run of private events at waterfront venues through the summer months.

We’ve built video walls for clients including BMW and United Nations events, and we bring that same level of production to a Long Island catering hall or corporate park as we would a major Manhattan activation — the difference is we’re already familiar with a lot of these rooms before we ever get the call.

Serving All of Long Island

We cover Nassau and Suffolk County in full, from North Shore estates and catering halls to the corporate corridors around Melville and Hauppauge and the waterfront venues along the South Shore — with the same crew and equipment we bring to jobs across the tri-state area, minus the travel time.
